Hoppy Easter book hop ~ giveaways

Happy Easter!
We want to help you celebrate by giving you the chance to win a free print copy of the novel

Belle Grove
by Katherine Winfield

Just a few words …  I read this book, which was provided free for review purposes, and I loved it.  I loved many of the characters in this book, while wanting to absolutely choke some of the others.  I loved the setting and descriptions of the life the characters had in the close group of friends.  I loved Tassie and I like the light supernatural elements in the book.

Even though this book is part 2, I did not feel lost because I did not read the first book.  There were enough details given to make the reader aware of anything that needs to be known to join in the story where Belle Grove picks up.  I never like to give spoilers, so I will just have to say that there are a few surprises in the book, a little suspense, and a few heart tugging moments.  Belle Grove is definitely worth reading .

Book description:
An Eastern Shore fishing town is about to be shaken from its idyllic way of life... the second book in Corsica Series, brings more suspense set in Beautiful Chesapeake Bay community.

The Eastern Shore of Maryland is known for its beautiful beaches and rich history. But the pristine fishing town of Corsica is about to be thrown from its peaceful, bay-side way of life in the new novel Belle Grove, the second book in the highly-rated Corsica series by author Katherine Winfield.  During a hot shore summer, Julie Seevers, the owner of a local herb shop, is struggling to run her demanding business while managing a family of five and keep her failing marriage afloat. Meanwhile, summer assistant Tabs Tucker, a misanthropic teen, has set out on a journey to uncover the mystery of who her father is. Julie’s best friend, Libby Langston, who’s looking for something to ignite her summer doldrums, decides to assist Tab in her quest.  But when , Tassie, the town’s oldest living resident and clairvoyant, suggests they have a séance to find out some answers, they discover much more than they ever expected. The suspense grows when a newcomer to town enters the shop — and all of their lives. Soon, they find themselves on a twisted path of betrayal, lies, and even murder.

“There are common themes that unite us all, like the importance of family, the battle against temptation and our innate qualities of good and evil,” Winfield says.

“Belle Grove explores all that, and shows just how
far people will go to be loved and accepted. Sometimes,
even good people can do very bad things.”

Belle Grove is the second book in the highly-reviewed Corsica series.
The first book, Haverford House, was a finalist for the INDIEFAB Book of the Year Award and received a five-star review from Foreword/Clarion Reviews.

Full of intrigue and mystery, Belle Grove weaves together unique, likable characters with a page-turning plot, all set against the beautiful backdrop of Maryland’s historic Eastern Shore.
